  1. Database Provider - Here you select the type of database; Sql Server, MySQL, SQLite, Oracle.
  2. Auto Create Database - When this is checked, a blank database will be created once you successfully exit the form.
  3. Database Check - This allows you to confirm if the database exists.
  4. Database Prompts - The contents on this tab depends on the type of database selected.
