This allows you to add a new folder to the code tree.

 

Add File

This allows you to add a new file to the code tree. Note that you cannot add a file under another file. In fact, that menu is hidden when you are positioned on a node of File type.

 

Add File ( as Sibling)

This allows you to add a new file as a sibling at the same level as the highlighted one.
